Advancing Enterprise AI Governance and Decision Intelligence

As organizations move AI from experimentation or limited use cases into real operational workflows, the challenge shifts from simply accessing data to controlling how AI interprets and uses it. Enterprise leaders increasingly need confidence that AI-generated insights are grounded in trusted data, aligned with business context, and explainable when decisions matter most.
Our latest platform advancements continue to push the AO Platform in that direction. This release introduces a new agentic AI framework, enhanced governance controls for natural language interaction, mobile access to enterprise insights, and expanded capabilities across the platform’s APIs.
Together, these innovations help organizations scale trusted decision intelligence while maintaining governance over how AI interacts with enterprise data.
Bringing Governance to Enterprise AI
LLMs provide a powerful interface for interacting with enterprise data, but without guardrails they can interpret questions too broadly. In enterprise environments where decisions affect operations, compliance, and risk exposure, that flexibility must be balanced with governance.
To address this, we’ve introduced configurable LLM Interpretation Modes, giving organizations explicit control over how much latitude AI models have when interpreting natural language questions.
Easy Answers combines our enterprise semantic layer with large language models to interpret user intent. Interpretation modes guide how questions are validated, clarified, and answered within that framework.
Organizations can now align AI behavior with different levels of expertise and governance requirements:

- Controlled Mode strictly validates queries against the enterprise ontology, ensuring responses align precisely with defined data structures and business definitions.
- Balanced Mode introduces guided flexibility, prompting users for clarification when questions are ambiguous while maintaining alignment with enterprise data definitions.
- Freeform Mode enables more exploratory reasoning, allowing experienced users to interpret synonymous or loosely structured terms when exploring new insights.
Power users with the appropriate permissions can even adjust interpretation modes at runtime, allowing teams to balance flexibility and governance dynamically.
This approach allows organizations to benefit from natural language interaction while ensuring responses remain grounded in trusted enterprise data.
Introducing the Easy Answers Agent
This release also introduces a completely redesigned Easy Answers Agent, replacing the previous chatbot experience with a new agentic AI framework that is significantly more powerful, flexible, and future-ready.

Unlike traditional chat interfaces that treat each question independently, the Easy Answers Agent maintains context across interactions. Users can refine questions, explore relationships, and investigate insights iteratively without restarting their analysis.
The agent provides both textual explanations and visual outputs, including tables, charts, and infographics. Visualizations can be easily switched using a dropdown selector, allowing users to explore results through multiple perspectives.
Several capabilities make the agent more transparent and interactive:
- Persistent conversation history
- Context visibility for each question in a conversation
- Branching conversations that allow users to start new analyses from any previous question
- Suggested follow-up questions that guide deeper exploration
- Interactive resolution of ambiguous or unknown terms
- Visibility into the Agent Plan, showing how a query is interpreted and executed
Users can also generate dynamic dashboards directly from agent responses, allowing them to drill from summarized insights into detailed analysis.
For organizations requiring deeper transparency, exported question results can include both Semantic SQL and the underlying database SQL, enabling teams to trace exactly how queries were interpreted and executed.
Trusted AI Insights—Now Mobile

We’re also expanding access to enterprise insights with the introduction of Easy Answers for Mobile, available for both iOS and Android devices.
The mobile experience brings the Easy Answers Agent directly to users who need trusted information while away from their desktops. After a quick onboarding process, users can ask natural language questions and receive contextual insight summaries wherever they need them.
Conversations persist across sessions, allowing users to revisit previous questions or continue exploring insights with suggested follow-ups. The mobile interface supports both light and dark themes and is designed to fit seamlessly into modern workflows.
By extending governed AI access beyond the desktop, we’re enabling leaders, managers, and frontline teams to access enterprise intelligence wherever decisions are being made.
Strengthening the Development Environment
Alongside these user-facing improvements, we’ve made major enhancements to the Composers that power solution development across the AO Platform.
Within the Ontology Composer, developers can now configure LLM interpretation modes and agent behavior directly within ontology settings. New performance analytics provide visibility into Easy Answers queries across multiple sources, including the agent interface and APIs.
Developers can also visualize semantic relationships using a new ER diagram interface, making it easier to understand how models and data entities connect across the ontology. Bulk editing capabilities and improved data import performance significantly streamline the process of building and updating semantic models.
To support collaborative development, we’ve also introduced version history across ontologies, solutions, and insights, allowing teams to save, track, and restore configurations over time.
These enhancements make it easier for development teams to build and maintain enterprise AI solutions while maintaining governance and traceability.
Expanding Analytical Insights
We’ve also expanded the capabilities of Quick Insights and the Insights Composer, enabling more advanced analytics across enterprise data.
Enhancements include support for both linear and non-linear regression models, expanded correlation analysis across multiple data types, improvements to causal inference modeling, and new scalable approaches for analyzing large geospatial datasets.
Time-series models have also been optimized to improve accuracy and automatically screen for relevant variables, while statistical testing capabilities now include additional pooling modes for more flexible analysis scenarios.
These updates expand the analytical toolkit available to organizations while maintaining the ease of use that Easy Answers and the AO Platform are designed to provide.
Scaling Trusted Decision Intelligence
As AI becomes embedded in enterprise decision-making, organizations need systems that balance flexibility with control.
By combining semantic AI, configurable governance guardrails, conversational agents, mobile access to insights, and expanded developer capabilities, we continue to strengthen the foundation for enterprise-scale decision intelligence.
The result is an AI platform that not only answers questions, but does so in ways that remain transparent, governed, and aligned with the realities of enterprise data. Let's talk about how we can help.
